HELLO ADMINISTRATION, FIX THE PASSIVE SKILL LIGHT ARMOR THAT IT WOULD GIVE THE SPEED OF THE CAST AND THE ATTACK SPEED!!!
 
Please provide more details. For example: class, level, armor equipped.

Warlock light armor should give the cast speed and attack speed, and it absolutely does not give anything,it does not work. it doesn't work on warlock,on all summoners. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!

Not sure if this is how it suppose to work but something is of. From Light armor should receive more +91%. Devotion has only 15%. Maybe I am not familiar with classic... or I am missing something.

All armor mastery passives work as intended.

Please don't forget that there are more passives that affect base stats. Here's an example:
